In the middle of hammering away on the new Margo: Intergalactic Trash Collector series, I hit pause to unleash a rendering of the Devourer of Worlds himself—Galactus! Nothing says cosmic mayhem like a giant god chomping down on a planet, and as a lifelong Kirby/Fantastic Four fan, this was a bucket-list piece. I set out to capture the sheer, unstoppable power of Galactus in the spirit of Jack Kirby while cranking it through the engine of my own style.
Check out the video and images I’ve included for a behind-the-scenes look at the process!

I just wrapped up production work on Edgar Allan Poe’s Besprinkled with Scarlett with the infamous Dr. Masque (and can finally begin to leak some of the gory details). I handled the layout, design —and even contributed some artwork of my own. Dr. Masque will soon bring his Poe-fest to a crowdfunding network!
